Is there a RAFA Finance airdrop?
No. RAFA has announced no airdrop, no points and no testnet rewards. We found none on its site, in its docs or terms, on its GitHub or in its 208 most recent posts on X. The only reward wording on the site is a promise for later: "Any holder rewards and token flows will be published with clear rules, wallets and schedules."
What RAFA plans instead is a token sale. Its sale page says: "The public sale is 2% of total supply: 20,000,000 RAFA." It will be an auction on Base, run by Sonar and paid in USDC, starting at $0.02 a token. The dates, cap and contract aren't published, and the site's own status data still showed the sale in its registration phase on 15 October 2026.
Warning Buying in a token sale is an investment, not an airdrop. The sale page says that after you confirm a bid, "its amount and maximum price can only increase. Neither can be reduced or withdrawn."
What RAFA Finance is
RAFA says it is "building transparent on-chain funds". Each fund is a vault on Base: you deposit USDC, receive fund shares, and RAFA-run traders trade from an approved list of assets. It also offers an AI research assistant.
None of it holds real money yet. The docs say: "Production deposits remain disabled until the audit, mainnet-fork testing, verified deployments, multisig ownership and operating runbooks are complete." The app at rafa.ai/invest runs on the Base Sepolia test network, with "valueless test assets".
The launch announced on 8 October 2026 came through a paid press release. Cointelegraph labels it: "The text below is a paid press release that is not part of Cointelegraph independent editorial content." Until early October, the same X account promoted a different product, an AI trading-signals app.
RAFA Finance airdrop step-by-step guide
There is no airdrop or points program to join. These are the free things you can do now, and what the sale will ask for.
- Open rafa.ai and check the address in your browser. RAFA's site links to the X account @RAFA_AI. The Telegram account t.me/rafa_ai belongs to a private person, not to RAFA.
- Try the testnet app at rafa.ai/invest if you're curious. It uses test tokens and earns nothing.
- To follow the sale, the page says: "Join the launch list with only your email."
- When the sale opens, the page says you will "Connect Sonar and complete the required identity, jurisdiction, and accreditation checks", then bid with USDC on Base. The minimum bid is $100.
Warning The sale's audit, terms and list of blocked countries aren't published yet. The page says they "will be linked on this page before the commitment window opens." Don't send money to anyone before those appear on rafa.ai.

RAFA Finance costs and fees
Today nothing costs money: the launch list, the testnet app and the Discord are free. The token sale will take USDC with a minimum bid of $100, plus Base gas. RAFA hasn't published the fees its funds will charge.
RAFA Finance risks and eligibility
- The review of the current contracts is a draft. RAFA's audit repository says the DatSon360 report is marked "Draft v0.1, not for distribution", with its 12 findings still awaiting a re-review.
- The sale page promises "No preferential VC allocation", while the published token split gives 15% of supply to "Team & investors".
- The rules of RAFA's September contest on X were posted with blanks left in, such as "[DRAWING DATE]".
- Whether people in the US can take part isn't decided. The sale page says eligibility "depends on the final legal configuration". You must be 18 or older.
- The investors named in RAFA's press release, among them Coinbase Ventures and Arrington Capital, are described as backers of Tides Network, the company behind RAFA. No funding amount for RAFA itself is published.
Who is behind RAFA Finance?
RAFA's privacy notice names Universal Assets (BVI) Inc., in the British Virgin Islands. The site lists eight team members, five of them by first name and initial only, and names no chief executive. RAFA's posts on X call Chandra Duggirala, @csentropy, "RAFA CEO". The site presents RAFA as "A Tides.Network Project".
