Is there a SimpleChain airdrop?
SimpleChain says so, in loose terms. Its launch post on 10 April 2026 announced an "early airdrop campaign" and told users to "complete testnet tasks, earn points, and qualify for future token distribution." The whitepaper gives an initial supply of 5 billion SRW and marks 15% for "Community/Airdrop", with the details still to be decided.
That is all there is. SimpleChain has published no conversion rate, no snapshot date and no launch date for the token.
What SimpleChain is
SimpleChain calls itself "the RWA-native Layer 1", an EVM-compatible chain for tokenized real-world assets. It isn't a new project. It is the SimpleChain that launched in 2018 and 2019, relaunched as "SimpleChain 2.0" in an announcement dated 27 August 2025. Its node software is a fork of BNB Smart Chain.
Only the testnet is live. It has produced blocks since 25 September 2025, and the task campaign opened on 10 April 2026. We found no mainnet.
Warning Don't buy the old SIPC token to get into this campaign. SimpleChain's own announcement says leftover SIPC "will become invalid", and the SRW on the testnet is a free test token with no value.
How SimpleChain points work
The portal's public task list shows these values:
- Daily check-in: 60 points. A missed day takes 12 points off and resets your streak.
- Streak bonuses: 50 points at 3 days, 150 at 7, 400 at 14, 1,000 at 30, 2,000 at 50, 3,000 at 60 and 4,000 at 80.
- Visiting the official website: 30 points a day.
- Referrals: 150 points per invite, plus 500, 2,500, 8,000 and 20,000 at 5, 20, 50 and 100 invites. An invite counts once the person links X and completes one X task.
The check-in and referral tasks run until 10 May 2027. The values of the on-chain and social tasks only show after you log in with a wallet.
SimpleChain airdrop step-by-step guide
- Open task.simplechain.com, connect an EVM wallet such as MetaMask and sign the login message. It costs no gas.
Warning Use a wallet that holds no real funds. The login box comes already ticked to accept a Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that the portal doesn't link to.
- Add the testnet to your wallet if it asks:
- Network name: SimpleChain Testnet
- RPC URL: https://rpc-c.simplechain.com
- Chain ID: 1913
- Currency symbol: SRW
- Block explorer: https://testnet-explorer.simplechain.com
- Request test SRW from the faucet. You can ask once every 24 hours.
- Link your X account and either Telegram or Discord in the portal. Several tasks won't count without them.
Warning These links tie your social accounts to your wallet address, and the Telegram link asks for write access.
- On the Daily tab, claim the check-in and the website visit every day.
- On the OnChain tab, swap and add liquidity on the testnet exchange, and stake test SRW with a validator. Unstaking takes seven days.
Warning When we checked on 7 October 2026, the exchange that the swap tasks open showed an expired security certificate. Don't click past a browser warning with a wallet you care about.
- On the Social tab, follow, repost and reply on X, and join the Telegram group and the Discord server from the task cards.
- Check your rank on the leaderboard.

SimpleChain airdrop costs and fees
Nothing. The tasks run on free test SRW from the faucet, and we found no node sale, presale or paid boost.
SimpleChain airdrop risks and eligibility
- Points only "qualify" you for a future distribution. Nothing says what a point is worth or whether points can be cancelled.
- No founders or team members are named on any SimpleChain page, and no audit is published.
- TechFlow and ChainCatcher reported a $15 million seed round on 10 April 2026, raised from "family offices and institutional investors". No investor is named, so the figure can't be checked.
- SimpleChain's own numbers disagree. The portal's front page counted 29,012 participants while its leaderboard data reported 1,697,086.
- The docs still contain text left over from BNB Smart Chain.
- SimpleChain publishes no list of restricted countries and asks for no identity check.
Who is behind SimpleChain?
The project is run in the name of the SimpleChain Foundation, which the whitepaper says is registered in Singapore without giving details. It uses the same domain and the same GitHub organisation as the 2018 project. The only company named on the website is Zhejiang Dataqin Technology Co., Ltd., in the privacy policy of a separate app.
