Kalos airdrop guide

Kalos is an NFT marketplace with a token swap, a Drops launchpad and a social feed, running only on the Kinetiq Elysium testnet. Every UTC day it shares 500,000 points among wallets that traded NFTs, minted on Drops, or posted and liked on its feed. There is no mainnet token, and Kalos promises nothing for the points.

Is there a Kalos airdrop?

None confirmed. Kalos has no mainnet token and has not announced an airdrop of one. What it runs is a testnet points program, and it is careful about what the points mean: "Points are a testnet score. This guide makes no promise about what they lead to."

The app does have a "Claim airdrop" card on its Swap page and a daily KALOS reward, but both pay out a testnet token on the Elysium testnet, not a real asset. Kalos's own contract settings mark the airdrop contract as testnet only. The one forward-looking item is a sign-up for a mainnet whitelist: "Register a username for the Kalos Genesis mainnet whitelist and your permanent join number." Kalos has not said what the whitelist gives you or when mainnet comes.

What Kalos is

In its own words: "Kalos is an NFT marketplace on Elysium. Discover collections, trade NFTs, and build your collection." Beside the marketplace it has a token swap with liquidity pools, a Drops launchpad for new NFT collections, KALOS staking, a social feed, and a Rewards page.

It is a testnet product only. "Kalos runs on the Kinetiq Elysium testnet, chain ID 99801." Elysium is a test network run by Kinetiq, and everything on Kalos is paid in test HYPE. The banner at the top of every page says NFTs and HYPE have no real value.

Kalos publishes no user numbers, no volume figures and no launch date. Its daily KALOS reward contract started on 13 October 2026, and points were last published for 23 October 2026, so the program is about two weeks old.

How Kalos points work

"Points measure your activity on Kalos. They exist only on Elysium testnet." The pool is fixed each day: "Every UTC day, exactly 500,000 points are shared among everyone who had eligible activity that day." Your share depends on how much you did compared with everyone else.

What counts, in Kalos's words: "NFT purchases and sales (accepted offers included), paid mints from Drops, posts and likes count. Token swaps, liquidity and staking do not. The exact weights are not public."

  • Days close after the fact: "A day is counted after it ends, once its transactions are final." Points update once a day after midnight UTC.
  • Nothing carries over: "Points not given out one day do not roll over to the next."
  • Referrals: when someone joins with your link, "you receive an extra weight equal to 10% of their base activity after they joined."
  • Feedback: if a patch note credits your bug report or idea, you get extra weight for that day. Kalos says only "Helpful feedback may be rewarded." and calls these rewards discretionary.
  • Leagues: by season rank, "the top 1% are Olympian, then Diamond (top 5%), Platinum (top 15%), Gold (top 30%), Silver (top 60%) and Bronze." Kalos has not published season dates.

There is a second, separate reward on the Rewards page: "Each day, the top 10 share 1,000,000 KALOS." KALOS here is the testnet token, claimable on the Rewards page. Staking it is possible ("There is no lock period and no withdrawal queue"), but staking does not earn points, and "Rewards are not fixed: the rate rises only when rewards are added to staking."

No end date is published for any of this.

Kalos airdrop step-by-step guide

No airdrop is confirmed. These steps earn Kalos testnet points, which may lead to nothing.

  1. Open kalos.fun from a bookmark you saved yourself. Press Connect wallet. "Kalos asks it to switch to Elysium testnet, and to add the network as Kinetiq Elysium Testnet if your wallet does not know it yet." A fresh wallet with nothing of value in it is the safest choice for any testnet.
  2. Get test HYPE from the Kinetiq faucet at elysium.kinetiq.xyz/testnet-faucet. Its page says: "Get free testnet HYPE on Elysium to pay for gas while you try the network." Kalos adds: "Nobody needs to sell you test HYPE: the faucet gives it away."

  3. Sign in and set up a profile. Signing in is a message, not a transaction: "It is free: no transaction, no gas." From the profile editor you can also register a username for the Genesis mainnet whitelist. "Your spot shows as pending until the Kalos team confirms it."
  4. Do the things that count: buy and sell NFTs, accept offers, mint paid collections on Drops, and post and like on the Social feed. Swaps, liquidity and staking add nothing to your points.
  5. Share your invite link from Refer and Earn, and send bug reports or ideas through Feedback.
  6. Check the Rewards page after midnight UTC for your league, season rank and points, and claim any daily KALOS there.

Warning Listing an NFT approves the marketplace for the whole collection. Kalos says: "A collection approval covers every NFT you hold in that collection and stays after the trade. Kalos cannot withdraw it for you." Do this only from a testnet-only wallet, and never type your seed phrase anywhere. "An airdrop claim never needs your seed phrase."

Kalos costs and fees

Kalos costs no real money. Every transaction pays testnet gas: "Each one pays a network fee in HYPE, so always keep some HYPE aside." Paid mints carry a Kalos fee, also in test HYPE: "Kalos receives 10% of every paid mint and the creator 90%, paid instantly at mint. Free mints pay no fee." The only real cost is your time. Anyone offering to sell you test HYPE or points is not Kalos.

Kalos risks and eligibility

  • No reward is promised. Points are a testnet score, the KALOS token exists only on the testnet, and the mainnet whitelist has no stated benefit or date.
  • Kalos has no terms of service and no privacy page that we could find, so there is no published list of excluded countries, no age rule and no KYC policy.
  • The team is anonymous. No company, founder or investor is named anywhere on the site.
  • Kalos's own settings mark its airdrop and token contracts as not independently audited. On a testnet that matters little, but it is worth knowing before mainnet.
  • The public Drops list includes testnet collections named after famous NFT projects, such as Bored Ape Yacht Club, Azuki and Pudgy Penguins, created by Kalos's own wallet. These are testnet copies, not the real collections, and they say nothing about any tie to those projects.
  • The site names @kalosfun as its X account, but we could not read that account on 23 October 2026. Check any account that contacts you against the links on kalos.fun.
  • Kalos warns: "Be wary of anyone who promises real money for testnet tokens" and of any migration or verification that asks for your seed phrase. About seed phrases and private keys it says: "Kalos never asks for them: it connects through your wallet app".

Who is behind Kalos?

Kalos has not published who runs it. The site names no founder, no team members and no legal entity, and we found no funding round or investors, either from Kalos or in the news. The network it runs on, Elysium, is a testnet operated by Kinetiq, which also runs the faucet and explorer Kalos links to. We found no notice from Kinetiq listing Kalos as a partner; its ecosystem page sits behind a partner-access gate.
