OmenX airdrop guide

OmenX is a leveraged prediction market on Base that runs on real USDC. It has announced no token or airdrop, and its points redeem only for a trial bonus that can't be withdrawn.

Is there an OmenX airdrop?

No token or airdrop has been announced. OmenX's terms, help centre and press releases don't mention a token, and nothing says its points convert into one.

The word "airdrop" does appear in the app, but it means something else there. In a past campaign called Hedge-to-Earn, an "airdrop position" was a voucher. The campaign text explains: "An airdrop position is a simulated position used only to record profit performance. It does not use any real funds from the user." That campaign ended on 19 July 2026.

Warning OmenX points aren't a route to a token. They redeem only for a Trial Bonus at 100 points for $100 of bonus, the app says "Trial bonus cannot be withdrawn", and its text shows redemption as "paused for mainnet launch".

What OmenX is

OmenX is a prediction market on Base where you buy YES or NO on real-world events with USDC and can sell before the event settles. It has two account types. Standard has no leverage and currently covers predictions on US stocks. Boost adds leverage, which the launch announcement put at up to 5 times, with 10 times planned later.

The testnet was announced on 30 March 2026 and the mainnet on 19 May 2026. The app's launch page describes it as a "real production environment. No testnet, no play tokens."

How OmenX rewards work

The Rewards Center gives points for one-time tasks, a first trade and referrals. A qualified referral pays 200 points. The two campaigns visible in the app have both ended: the Mainnet Launch promotion ran from 14 to 28 May 2026, and Hedge-to-Earn closed in July. OmenX also runs an affiliate program that pays a share of the fees of people you invite.

Warning One rewards task asks you to authorize your X account so OmenX can post for you. The app says: "We'll post this tweet on your behalf after Twitter authorization", and the prepared tweet claims returns of "as much as 500%". Skip it if you don't want that posted under your name.

OmenX airdrop step-by-step guide

  1. Check the restricted list first. OmenX blocks 36 countries and regions, among them the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan and Australia. Its terms forbid getting around the block.
  2. Open omenx.com and sign in with Google, Telegram or a wallet.
  3. Complete your profile with a username and an email address you confirm by code.
  4. Open Rewards to see the task list, your referral link and your points.
  5. To trade, deposit USDC using the asset, network and address the app shows.

Warning Send only what the deposit screen asks for. The app warns that "deposits of other assets or from other networks will be lost".

  6. Choose a Standard or Boost market, read its rules and place a YES or NO order. The minimum order is 2 USDC.

OmenX costs and fees

The reward tasks are free, but trading is not. OmenX charges 0.20% on maker orders and 0.40% on taker orders, plus a 5% commission on your net profit when you win. Leveraged positions that get liquidated pay a 0.75% fee. The minimum deposit and the withdrawal fee aren't published outside the app.

OmenX risks and eligibility

  • The terms say: "Trading involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds committed to a position."
  • Withdrawals can be delayed. The terms allow OmenX to "delay or restrict withdrawals where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, unresolved obligations, account review, or Platform protection".
  • Custody is described in two ways. The help centre names Cobo as its custody partner, and the transparency page describes a smart contract on Base.
  • The app's own text disagrees on leverage, from 5 times in the launch announcement to "Up to 100x Leverage" on the login screen.
  • You must be at least 18. No identity check is needed to sign up, though the terms let OmenX ask for more information later.
  • We found no published audit.

Who is behind OmenX?

The terms say OmenX is a brand of Nuvion Holdings Ltd., a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. The founder is named only as James in the company's press releases, which describe him as a former head of futures at Binance and Bybit. We couldn't confirm that. The same releases report a "multi-million-dollar" angel round with Paramita Ventures, Penrose Ventures and M77 Ventures, without giving an amount.
