Is there a Wick airdrop?

Nothing has been confirmed. Wick hasn't launched its product or its token, and it hasn't promised an airdrop. What exists is a waitlist, opened on 7 September 2026 with the line "Early users will be recognized." Wick hasn't said what that recognition is.

A token is clearly planned. The docs describe WICK and a staked version: "Stake WICK and receive sWICK 1:1, giving you a claim on the revenue generated across every Wick product." There is no supply, launch date, contract or sale, and nothing says the waitlist leads to tokens.

Warning The waitlist is closing. On 5 October 2026 Wick posted "Wick waitlist ends in one week", which points to about 12 October, and added that "early won't mean the same thing after that". No exact closing time is published, and the reward behind the deadline is still undefined.

What Wick is

Wick calls itself "the home of real world finance". It is a trading and yield project being built on Lighter EVM, the EVM network of the Lighter exchange, and it centres on tokenized stocks. The docs describe an exchange with limit orders and options, its own arbitrage desk, and liquid wrappers for staking Lighter's LIT token and for Lighter's liquidity pool.

None of it is live. Wick's post of 21 September 2026 says "Soon on Wick", and there is no app, testnet or launch date. On 1 October Wick said it had been selected for the Lighter Accelerate Program.

How the Wick waitlist works

There are no points or quests. You connect a wallet and sign a message, and you are on the list. Wick says its waitlist differs from others because "your onchain history matters for Wick", and that early access depends on historic on-chain activity. Each wallet gets a referral link. Wick reported more than 125,000 sign-ups by 18 September 2026.

Wick airdrop step-by-step guide

  1. Open wick.xyz/waitlist and check the address in your browser.

Warning Other sites use the Wick name, including one selling a "$WICK" token that has nothing to do with this project. Wick hasn't published a token contract, so any WICK token on sale today is unofficial.

  2. Connect a wallet. Pick one whose history you are happy to link to the project, since Wick says it looks at on-chain activity.
  3. Enter a referral code if you have one, then press Sign and Register.

Warning Joining takes one plain message signature. Read it in your wallet, and refuse anything that looks like a token approval or a transaction.

  4. Keep the referral link the page gives you, if you want to share it.
  5. Follow @wick_xyz on X for the closing date and for what "recognized" turns out to mean.

Wick costs and fees

Joining the waitlist costs nothing: it is a wallet connection and a signature, with no transaction. The products will carry fees and risk once they launch. The docs say returns on the wrapped liquidity pool vary and that "individual months can be negative".

Wick risks and eligibility

  • No reward is promised. Nothing Wick has published says what early users get, who qualifies or whether it will have any value.
  • There are no terms of service and no privacy policy, so no country list, age limit or identity rule is published.
  • No audit and no contract address has been published.
  • The docs show high example returns. They are illustrations, not measured results.

Who is behind Wick?

Nobody is named. Wick's site, docs and X account give no founder, company, country or investor. The docs credit Spherical Cow Labs for research on the fee model. Wick's X account dates from February 2026.
