Derivio airdrop guide

Derivio is an AI trading terminal on Solana for memecoins and tokenized stocks, after shutting its first product on zkSync. Trades and referrals earn points for unnamed future rewards. Its $DRV token has no date, and only 2025 beta testers were promised an airdrop.

Is there a Derivio airdrop?

Not one Derivio has promised to everyday users. It has no token yet. Its docs name one, $DRV, but the token page says only: "Wen? Stay tuned..." The single written airdrop promise is for the invited beta testers of October 2025, who were told about an "Exclusive bonus airdrop at TGE as a thank-you for building with us".

Everyone else earns points: "Derivio rewards you with points for every trade and referral, turning your activity into measurable progress." The docs say what points are for only vaguely: "These points increase your total score, unlocking benefits, recognition, and future rewards."

Warning Derivio's last official word on points was a snapshot on 16 June 2026: "Activity prior to the snapshot has been recorded." It hasn't said since whether points still count or what they'll turn into.

What Derivio is

Derivio calls itself "an AI-native trading terminal that unifies memecoins, perps, RWAs, and prediction markets in one place." For now it runs on Solana with memecoins and tokenized stocks, and its docs add: "Perps and prediction markets are coming soon." It also shows Pump.fun livestreams next to the market data, and has an AI agent you can ask about trending coins.

It started out differently. Derivio was "a decentralized ecosystem of structured derivatives on zkSync", and that version has now been shut: "As a result, Derivio v1 will be retired." Open positions there were closed on 14 August 2026, and the last day to withdraw was 14 October 2026.

How Derivio points and rewards work

Every trade earns points, and so do the trades of people you bring in, three levels deep: "Direct referral: +3% of their points", then "Indirect referral: +2%" and "Extended referral (referral of your referral): +1%". There's a leaderboard to rank you.

Two other rewards pay real money. Traders get part of their fees back in SOL, "effectively earning SOL for every trade you make." Referrers get a cut of fees too, starting at "Tier 1 (Direct): 30% of trading fees", and Derivio adds: "No cap on referrals or payouts."

Derivio airdrop step-by-step guide

There's no confirmed airdrop. These steps earn points, which may or may not count for anything.

  1. Open derivio.xyz and sign up with email, Google or a Phantom wallet.
  2. Set a password. "You'll be shown your Secret Recovery Phrase (seed phrase)" for the wallet Derivio creates for you. Write it down offline.

Warning Derivio says of that phrase: "Do not share it with anyone. Ever." Its docs also warn: "Scammers may impersonate support staff or offer unsolicited help in DMs."

  3. "You can deposit SOL directly into your new Derivio wallet."
  4. Trade. Each trade earns points and SOL cashback.
  5. Optional: share your referral link. People who sign up through it get 10% off fees.

Derivio costs and fees

Points cost money, because they come only from trading. Fees are high: the starting tier pays 0.95% per trade with 0.05% back, and the top tier pays 0.60% with 0.40% back, since "Tiers are based on your cumulative trading volume". On top come Solana priority fees and validator tips, each "Default: 0.002 SOL" in the docs. Memecoins can lose most of their value in minutes.

Derivio risks and eligibility

  • No team member or company is named on Derivio's official pages.
  • The current terms couldn't be read because derivio.xyz blocks automated visitors. The 2023 terms said the site "IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PERSONS OR ENTITIES WHO RESIDE IN, ARE LOCATED IN, ARE INCORPORATED IN, OR HAVE A REGISTERED OFFICE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR CANADA", excluded sanctioned places, and banned VPNs.
  • The referral program pays three levels deep, which rewards recruiting more than trading.
  • The docs contradict themselves in places. One page gives "5% cashback" as an example while the fee table tops out at 0.40%.
  • Derivio has changed course before: its first product on zkSync was shut down with a deadline to withdraw.
  • Don't confuse it with Derive (derive.xyz), a different project with its own token.

Who is behind Derivio?

Derivio doesn't name its team. ChainCatcher reported in March 2026 that it "announced the completion of a $6 million financing round, with investors including YZiLabs, CMT Digital, Big Brain VC, Signum Capital, UOB Venture Management, Everstake Capital, and proximity." In 2023 it joined the sixth incubation season of Binance Labs, now YZi Labs. Its docs link a CertiK audit from March 2026.
