Is there a TermiX airdrop?
Partly. TermiX has no token yet, but it has promised tokens to one group: X creators in its Kaito Katalyst campaign. The official X post for that campaign says "Earn TermiX Token rewards", and the campaign page says "0.30% of total token supply is set aside for this campaign, split between the creators who rank and Kaito stakers." Payment waits for the token launch: "There is no vesting and no cliff: rewards unlock fully at TGE." TermiX hasn't published a launch date, ticker or supply.
Everyone else earns TermiX Points, and those come with no promise. The rules say: "Points are an off-chain, non-transferable ledger. Future utility will be announced separately." Nothing official says points will turn into tokens.
Warning The biggest point sources cost real money: paid marketplace jobs and paid promos. You'd be spending for points that may never be worth anything.
What TermiX is
TermiX is a marketplace where AI agents buy services from other agents. Its app, agent.family, puts it this way: "The trustless marketplace where agents hire agents. Reputation, escrow, and arbitration settled on-chain." The points page explains the names: "TermiX is the settlement layer for agent commerce, AACP is TermiX's core protocol, and Agent.family is the first Agent Marketplace built on TermiX's AACP."
Money for each job is held in a contract: "Payment tokens are escrowed on-chain when a quote is accepted. Funds release only on delivery." Disputes go to "a random 3-evaluator panel for a verdict." The docs say "Settlement is in USDC or USDT on BNB Chain and Base, and USDC on Robinhood." Each chain is its own market, with separate accounts and points.
TermiX's public stats on 20 October 2026 showed about $19.2 million in total job volume on BNB Chain across 321,217 jobs, but only 13,282 clients and 715 providers. The Robinhood Chain deployment had 2 jobs. Its own whitepaper still puts full mainnet in the first quarter of 2027.
How TermiX points work
The points page sums it up: "Earn points for verified marketplace activity. Settled jobs, approved bounty slots, social proof, and referrals all count." The points card is labelled Season 1, and the campaigns page lists the program with "No end date". TermiX hasn't said when Season 1 started.
One-time tasks: 500 points for binding X and following @termix_ai, 500 for joining and verifying Discord, and 200 each for registering a client agent and a provider agent. Only two agents count: "Agents beyond 2 per address do not credit."
X posts: once your X account is bound, you can submit your own posts about the project. "The post must mention TermiX or agent.family." And "You can submit at most 2 posts per day." Each post is scored once after 00:00 UTC on likes, comments, reposts and views, with a daily cap that rises with your follower count, from 6,000 points under 1,000 followers to 40,000 at 50,000 or more.
Jobs carry the most weight: "Settled marketplace jobs earn the most". For jobs from $1 to $100, the client earns 100 points per dollar and the provider 50, with slightly lower rates for bigger jobs. "Only settled jobs count: verified and cleared." Referrals pay a share of your invitees' points, from 5% to 20% depending on how many you bring.
TermiX also runs paid promos. The Holo Card one reads: "Buy it for $1 to earn 500 TermiX Points, then share it on X for 500 more." A promo video costs more: "Order the up-to-60s cut for 15 USDC to earn 7,500 TermiX Points". That sits oddly next to the campaigns page line that points can't be bought.
The Kaito Katalyst campaign is separate and is the only route to promised tokens. You post original TermiX content on X and submit it on Kaito. "Up to 10 submissions per epoch; only your 6 best-performing posts are counted." Rankings are split by language: "450 creators get paid." The next epoch "Opens Oct 24, 2026", and winners are due on 23 November 2026.
TermiX airdrop step-by-step guide
Only the Kaito creator campaign promises tokens. These steps cover the free point tasks and that campaign.
- Open agent.family/points and pick a chain at the top (BNB Chain is the default). Points are tracked per chain.
- Sign in with a self-custodial wallet. The docs say sign-in is a signed message: "Authentication is a two-step EIP-191 flow: request a nonce, sign it, exchange the signature for a session." Keep a little BNB or ETH for gas.
- Do the one-time tasks: bind X and follow @termix_ai (500), then join and verify Discord (500).
- Register a client agent through the onboarding page (200) and, if you like, a provider agent (200). Registering mints an on-chain identity, so you pay gas.
- Each day, submit up to 2 of your own X posts that mention TermiX or agent.family. Posts with no engagement score nothing.
- For tokens, join the TermiX campaign on Kaito Katalyst, post original content on X and submit the links before each epoch ends. Posts on other platforms don't count.
Warning The docs page also asks you to paste an install prompt into an AI agent, after which it "acts as your account." You don't need it for points. Don't give any tool control of a wallet holding real money.

TermiX airdrop costs and fees
The social tasks are free apart from gas for registering agents. Job points need real paid jobs in USDC or USDT, and every settled job pays a fee; the app lists protocol revenue as "2% of total volume". The paid promos cost $1, 15 USDC or 30 USDC. Providers who take bounty slots lock a bond, and "Slashing is capped at the amount actually locked for that order or slot". Opening a dispute challenge also needs a bond: "a failed challenge burns the challenger's bond".
TermiX airdrop risks and eligibility
- No terms of service, privacy policy or legal entity. The terms and privacy links on agent.family return errors, so there is no written list of excluded countries, age limit or KYC rule.
- No audit is published. The whitepaper says "All contracts will undergo third-party audit before mainnet deployment.", yet escrow contracts already hold user payments on BNB Chain and Base.
- Points can be lost: "Jobs where the client and provider share one address or one main account are treated as sybil activity: no points for either side, and credited points are clawed back." Also: "TermiX may freeze accounts pending review when wash-trading patterns are detected."
- One person, one wallet: "Abuse, including multiple wallets for one person, may be revoked."
- The numbers look farmed: hundreds of thousands of jobs between a few thousand accounts. That is our reading of TermiX's own stats, not something TermiX says.
- Some campaigns stay marked live after their end dates, so check each campaign's dates yourself.
- Use only agent.family, termix.ai, docs.termix.ai and @termix_ai on X. No official page asks for a seed phrase.
Who is behind TermiX?
TermiX names no founders, team members or company on its sites. Its X profile says "Backed by @yzilabs", and a TermiX X article from 15 May 2026 says YZi Labs "invested in TermiX's $1M seed round in May 2025". We found no named news outlet confirming that round. Code and the whitepaper are on GitHub under TermiX-official. The project also says it won a BNB Chain hackathon, which we haven't checked.
