Is there a Voltrade airdrop?
None confirmed. Voltrade has no token, and no page says its points convert into one. The closest wording is on the VXP page: "VXP will be used for rewards and governance within the platform." The details are left for later: "Eligibility, dates and how to claim will be published for each rewards programme."
One X post did tie VXP to a token. On 14 September 2026 Voltrade wrote that "$PULSE launches at $100K game volume" and that 10% of $PULSE would go to VXP holders. We found no launch or contract. The game's page returned a 404 on 2 November, and the Pulse race shows "Total volume (raw) $13,042". The "token airdrops" on the homepage are perks "From partner venues and tokens", not a Voltrade drop.
Warning Don't trade just for VXP. Its value, dates and claim method are unpublished, while trading fees are certain.
What Voltrade is
Its own summary says: "Voltrade is a trading competition platform." Exchanges and token teams fund prizes, "with tracking, leaderboards, wash-trade screening and payouts handled by Voltrade". You don't trade on Voltrade itself. Its terms say: "Voltrade is not an exchange, broker, investment adviser, custodian, escrow provider, money transmitter, wallet provider, or fiduciary."
The site gives these totals: "To date, Voltrade has run 48 competitions for 2,298 registered traders , with $923.6M in volume competed across 12 venues and partners ."
A second product isn't open yet: "The Trader Passport is in private beta and access is by invite." It is called Proof of Trader, and it verifies your lifetime volume so that venues can offer you deals. Voltrade says of that product: "There is no token, nothing to buy and nothing to stake."
How Voltrade VXP works
"VXP is Voltrade's point system for recognising participation." Competition rates are simple: "$100 in tracked spot volume = 100 VXP" and "$100 in tracked perpetual volume = 10 VXP". Profit competitions pay "10 VXP per $1 of net realized profit, floored at 0".
Two smaller sources exist. "Connect your X account for a one-time 1,000 VXP bonus." Referrals also pay: "They get + 2 % VXP on everything, you get 5 % of their VXP forever." That rate was cut from 10%, and "Competition leaderboards and prizes are unaffected." Proof of Trader will add one-time VXP for "Verified lifetime volume: 1 VXP per $ 1,000 of perps and options, 1 per $ 100 of prediction and spot".
Prizes are separate from VXP. Sponsors fund them in USDC or tokens. Recent examples include 3,000 LIT for Lighter stock trading and 923k $THRONE a week for Throne, with this condition: "Over $20,000 in weekly taker volume required".
Timing is the catch. The competitions page showed 0 active on 2 November 2026, and the homepage says: "The next season is being set up". Throne Week 3 ended that day. An X post on 30 October promised news for this week without saying what it is.
Voltrade airdrop step-by-step guide
There is no confirmed airdrop. These steps get you ready for the next competition and start your VXP.
- Use only voltrade.xyz and connect a wallet. "Voltrade registration should remain wallet-first", so email is optional.
- Connect X for the 1,000 VXP bonus if you are happy to link that account.
- Wait for a competition, then read its page first: prize pool, dates, eligible markets, daily cap, minimum volume, payout method and any country limits. Each one can set its own "geographic restrictions".
- Register before you trade. "Registering costs nothing but a signature", and on some venues earlier volume doesn't count.
- Trade on the partner venue itself. Stop at any daily cap, because Voltrade says that beyond it "every additional dollar you trade that day is pure cost".
Warning Competitions reward volume, which pushes people to overtrade. Leverage, fees and market moves can cost far more than a prize pays.
- After the end, check how your prize is paid. "A Merkl-distributed reward sitting unclaimed is still yours, but it does not arrive on its own." Other prizes are sent by Voltrade or the partner, with no fixed date.

Voltrade costs and fees
"Voltrade does not need to custody user trading funds", and most entries cost only a signature, so your real costs are venue fees and market risk. Proof of Trader is free: "Proving a wallet is yours takes one signature, which is not a transaction and costs no gas."
PnL challenges on Hyperliquid are different. You buy a USDC ticket, with templates from $10 to $250 and a $1 minimum, and "Every entrant's ticket goes 95 % to the prize pool." You can lose the whole ticket. Past side products also include a game with a "$10 entry fee" and sportsbook and casino free bets, which work like gambling.
Voltrade risks and eligibility
- Shown rewards aren't final. The terms let the operator "withhold, delay, reduce, or cancel rewards", and add: "Any displayed ranking, projected payout, estimated reward, or timing is informational only unless expressly confirmed by us in writing."
- Some prizes depend on trust. Of off-platform payouts, Voltrade's own article says "every property of the other two rails is replaced by trust in the operator".
- Its numbers don't all match. An X post said of the Lighter competition: "$380+M traded in 14 days." Yet the results page shows "Total volume (raw) $102,336,966". X also claims "50+ campaigns", against 48 on the site.
- Names matching staff appear in house races. "Jeremie" and "April Zoe" rank on the boards of Voltrade-sponsored games, and X invited users to "Battle our team live". These are display names only, so identity isn't proven.
- Recent turnout is thin: Throne Week 3 shows "Traders with volume 1 of 5 registered".
- There is no excluded-country list, numeric age limit, or KYC or VPN rule that we could find. Access must not be barred by "applicable law, sanctions restrictions, venue rules, or internal compliance controls", and Voltrade can cut off any "jurisdiction". We also couldn't read per-competition rules, because those panels didn't load for us.
- Duplicate accounts are banned: the terms forbid you to "create duplicate or coordinated accounts".
- When Proof of Trader opens, give it read-only exchange keys: "Create exchange keys with read permissions only." Never give a key that can trade or withdraw, or a seed phrase.
Who is behind Voltrade?
A blog byline names Jeremie Henicz as founder and CEO, and we found no outside source that confirms this. The operator in the terms is Arena Labs Group Ltd at "Quijano Chambers, P.O. Box 3159, Road Town", in the British Virgin Islands, whose law governs the terms. We didn't check the company register. We found no investors, funding round or security audit.
